Job Description:

1. Personalized Fashion Consulting

• Style Advisory: Act as a personal stylist, providing customized fashion advice and outfit recommendations to help customers meet their shopping needs.

• Customer Experience: Deliver "white-glove" service, ensuring every client enjoys a personalized and memorable shopping journey.

• Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of global and local fashion trends to provide relevant styling tips and maintain deep product knowledge.

2. Social Media Growth & Digital Sales

• Content Creation: Execute engagement strategies on Instagram and TikTok, including creating Reels, TikTok trends, and "Get Ready With Me" (GRWM) content.

• Digital Community Management: Respond to DMs and comments promptly, converting digital inquiries into physical store visits or online sales.

• Sales Targets: Actively use social media platforms as a sales funnel to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.

3. Store Operations & Service Excellence

• Transaction Management: Efficiently handle POS systems to process payments, issue receipts, and manage sales records.

• Issue Resolution: Professionally address customer inquiries, complaints, or returns to ensure long-term brand loyalty.

• Environment Maintenance: Ensure the boutique remains clean, organized, and safe, reflecting a high-end shopping atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Digital Fluency: Mastery of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and engagement tactics.

• Interpersonal Skills: Natural ability to build rapport with high-value clients and work collaboratively with the team.

• Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay motivated under sales pressure.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

• Qualification: B.Sc., HND, or OND in any discipline.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Must-Have: Previous experience as a Social Media Manager is required.

• Location: Must reside within the Ajah axis (Sangotedo, Badore, Addo Road, etc.).

• Gender: Female (due to the nature of the personal styling and fitting requirements).
