Job Description:
We are looking for a creative powerhouse to serve as the voice and visual architect of our brand. As the Social Media Manager & Content Creator Executive, you won't just be managing platforms—you will be building a community. This role is designed for a digital storyteller who can write a "stop-the-scroll" hook, shoot and edit high-energy Reels/TikToks, and then dive into the analytics to explain why it went viral. If you are proactive, obsessed with digital trends, and know how to turn a brand objective into a trending conversation, we want you on our team.
Requirements:
1. Platform Governance & Community Management
Brand Custodianship: Maintain the company’s social media presence, ensuring every post aligns with our visual identity and professional tone.
Active Engagement: Monitor mentions, DMs, and comments in real-time to foster two-way conversations and maintain a high professional response rate.
Publishing Excellence: Master the art of the schedule, ensuring content is delivered at peak engagement times across all platforms.
2. Content Architecture & Short-Form Video
Video Production: Lead the end-to-end creation of high-impact short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), from storyboarding and filming to post-production editing.
Strategic Copywriting: Draft compelling captions and CTAs that drive action, utilizing "hooks" designed for high retention.
Content Calendaring: Develop and manage a structured, multi-channel content calendar that supports product launches and marketing campaigns.
3. Performance Analytics & Growth Strategy
Data-Driven Insights: Go beyond "likes" to track reach, shareability, and conversion metrics using advanced platform analytics tools.
Reporting & Optimization: Prepare monthly performance deep-dives that provide actionable recommendations for strategy pivots.
Campaign Support: Partner with the Brand Manager to execute high-decibel digital launches and integrated marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Background
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in social media management or digital content creation.
Technical Mastery: Demonstrated proficiency in video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) and social media management tools.
Core Competencies
Creative Agility: Ability to think on your feet and respond swiftly to trending topics or dynamic situations.
Strategic Writing: Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of brand voice.
