Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Operations Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria.

• The Ecommerce Operations Manager will oversee daily e-commerce operations, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure the accuracy of product listings.
• This role includes analyzing sales data, optimizing the online shopping experience, and responding to customer inquiries.
• The E-commerce Operations Manager will also collaborate with marketing and IT teams to enhance website functionality and user experience.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an added advantage.
• 6–8+ years of experience in commercial or sales roles.
• Experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Skills in sales data analysis and product listing accuracy.
