Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to serve as the digital voice and growth engine of our brand. This is a mid-level role (3–4 years experience) designed for a "Content Strategist"—someone who understands that social media is not just about likes, but about building a community and a pipeline for lead generation.

Your mission is to architect our digital presence across all major platforms. You will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle—from strategic planning and high-impact creation to community moderation and performance analytics. If you have the creative flair to stop the "scroll" and the analytical depth to prove ROI through data, we want you to lead our social narrative.

Requirements:

1. Content Architecture & Strategy

  • Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement social media roadmaps that bridge the gap between business goals and audience interests.

  • Content Engineering: Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (visuals, copy, and video) that maintains a consistent brand voice.

  • Trend Integration: Monitor digital shifts and viral trends to recommend and implement rapid content pivots that keep the brand relevant.

2. Community Management & Engagement

  • Brand Advocacy: Manage day-to-day interactions by responding to comments and messages, turning followers into brand advocates.

  • Community Building: Foster a proactive online community through interactive polls, Q&A sessions, and direct audience engagement.

  • Reputation Management: Monitor brand sentiment and handle online inquiries or feedback with professional diplomacy.

3. Paid Social & Performance Analytics

  • Campaign Support: Coordinate with the marketing team to provide high-performing ad creatives for paid social campaigns.

  • Data Intelligence: Track key performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, CTR, Conversion) using platform analytics tools to prepare actionable reports.

  • Growth Optimization: Continuously test and refine content formats based on data to drive consistent follower growth and lead generation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.

  • Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in platform-native analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) and scheduling tools.

  • Creative Tools: Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are highly preferred to ensure visual consistency.

Core Competencies

  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills with a "social-first" mindset.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple content calendars and real-time engagement windows.

  • Creativity: A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to produce original, high-engagement content.
