Job Description:
We are seeking a Performance-First Digital Graphic Designer to serve as the creative engine for our high-growth D2C client portfolio. This is not a "brand aesthetics" role; it is a high-velocity, data-driven mandate for a designer who understands that a "pretty" ad is useless if it doesn't convert.
Your mission is to live and breathe the Meta and TikTok ecosystems. You will turn raw briefs and creator footage into high-converting assets—focusing on hooks, pacing, and visual triggers that drive CTR and lower CPA. If you think in terms of "A/B testing angles" rather than just "color palettes," and you can iterate at the speed of social, we want you to scale our clients' brands.
Requirements:
1. High-Velocity Creative Iteration
The Hook Lab: Design and edit scroll-stopping "first-3-second" hooks that capture attention in crowded social feeds.
Volume Scaling: Develop multiple creative angles per concept (static, motion, and carousel) to support high-volume testing and combat ad fatigue.
UGC Synthesis: Transform raw User-Generated Content (UGC) into native-feeling, high-performing ads using subtitles, overlays, and aggressive CTAs.
2. Performance-Led Design Intelligence
Data-Driven Design: Apply direct insights from media buyers and performance reports to refine creative output and improve account efficiency.
Format Mastery: Tailor designs specifically for Meta and TikTok user behaviors, ensuring every asset feels "platform-native" rather than like a repurposed TV commercial.
Collaborative Synergy: Work in lockstep with Art Directors and Strategists to align creative concepts with overarching media buying goals.
3. Creative Operations & Standards
Rapid Prototyping: Turn briefs into polished, conversion-ready ads at speed without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
Agency Evolution: Support internal marketing initiatives, including pitch decks and performance reports, while evolving the agency’s visual standards for performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 2+ years specifically designing paid social or performance-focused creatives for D2C/eCom brands.
Software Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) and/or Figma.
UGC Expertise: Proven ability to edit creator footage with effective pacing, subtitles, and overlays.
Core Competencies
Performance Mindset: Strong understanding of CTR, CPA, and conversion metrics.
Agility: Ability to produce high volumes of creative variations in a fast-paced agency environment.
Communication: Confidence in presenting creative ideas and refining work based on hard performance data.
