Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and manage a results-driven social media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Google my Business Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter/X.
• Maintain a weekly & monthly content calendar in alignment with product offers, promotions, business goals and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance using analytics tools, and prepare monthly reportson KPIs.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns (paid ads, sponsored content, influencerpartnerships) to maximize reach and ROI.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.and apply themto enhance brand presence.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, Sales, customer Service) to align social contentwith company campaigns and initiatives.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a consistent tone of voice, messaging andvisual identity across platforms.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite Hootsuite).
• Experience with social media analytics and advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and influencer marketing is a plus.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design for basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Cap Cut)
