Strategic Growth: Actively market laboratory packages to referring external clinics, recommend high-margin menu expansions (e.g., hormonal profiles, tumor markers), and generate at least 10 new patient referrals monthly.
Community Engagement: Coordinate and participate in at least two monthly health screening outreach programs at corporate offices, churches, and community hubs to drive brand trust and patient acquisition.
Turnaround Time (TAT) Honor: Guarantee rapid, error-free TAT (under 2 hours for routine tests), delivering immediate verbal communication of critical/panic values to attending clinicians.
3. Professional Excellence & Christian Values
