Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and physically active Service Center Warehouse Officer to ensure the seamless flow of goods at our service center. In this role, you will be the heart of our operations, managing the delicate balance of stock levels, incoming shipments, and outgoing dispatches. You will ensure that our inventory records are accurate, our space is optimized for efficiency, and our safety standards are strictly upheld.

Requirements:
Inventory Control
Stock Oversight: Monitor daily stock levels, conduct physical and cycle counts, and ensure all inventory records (bin cards, ledgers) are precise and up to date.
Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve any stock discrepancies immediately to maintain high data integrity.
Logistics & Operations
Incoming & Outgoing: Supervise the receipt of incoming deliveries, verifying the quality and quantity against purchase orders. Prepare goods for safe storage and accurate dispatch.
Layout Management: Maintain an organized warehouse layout, ensuring equipment is functional and space is optimized.
Safety & Standards: Regularly inspect goods for damage, enforce rigorous safety standards, and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment at all times.
Coordination & Leadership
Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a key contact for sales, logistics, and supplier teams to ensure smooth operational alignment.
Reporting: Provide regular status reports on inventory health and warehouse activity to management.
Support: Assist the Warehouse Manager in supervising warehouse staff and ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed consistently.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in stock or warehouse management.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Prior experience with inventory management software is a plus.

Analytical & Problem-Solving: You can quickly troubleshoot logistical issues and implement solutions.
