Job Description:
- We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to lead our growth initiatives in Abuja.
- This is a prime opportunity for a seasoned sales expert to shape the market presence of Contec Global Group and drive significant revenue within a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with key clients, contractors, distributors, and projects within the electrical and electronics market.
- Revenue Growth: Exceed sales targets by promoting our portfolio of products and solutions, building a robust pipeline, and effectively closing high-value deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and provide strategic feedback to management.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates from the electrical, electronics, or industrial equipment sectors.
- A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Strong existing network of contacts within the Abuja construction, manufacturing, or electrical wholesale markets is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
