Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Business Development / Marketing Officer to anchor the growth engine of our facility management firm. In a sector increasingly defined by digital transformation, success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-value physical contracts (residential, commercial, and corporate) with the clinical precision required for Tech-Product Positioning, SaaS Adoption, and Digital Solution Marketing. This role is designed for a "Digital-Service Architect" with 2+ years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (securing facility management contracts) with the "Strategic Agility" required to drive the adoption of our proprietary mobile application.
Requirements:
1. Portfolio Orchestration & Market Governance
Contract Sovereignty: Identify and secure facility management contracts across diverse environments with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Portfolio Expansion."
Adoption Architecture: Strategically promote and drive user adoption of the company’s FM application, providing the "Structural Foundation" for our technology-led market differentiation.
Target Stewardship: Consistently exceed assigned sales and revenue objectives, ensuring the "Source of Financial Growth" is elite and sustainable.
2. Tactical Resilience & Digital Logic
Positioning Sovereignty: Apply advanced digital marketing strategies to position our technology solutions, acting as the primary "Source of Product Awareness."
Proposal Architecture: Prepare and deliver high-fidelity business presentations and pitches, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for client conversion and stakeholder buy-in.
Research Stewardship: Conduct rigorous market research to identify emerging opportunities, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Competitive Advantage."
3. Relationship Integrity & Performance Power
Stakeholder Sovereignty: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary "Source of Client Retention and Advocacy."
Collaboration Architecture: Work closely with Tech and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery, providing the "Visual Foundation" for internal alignment.
Execution Logic: Utilize 2+ years of FM and Tech-sales expertise to navigate complex negotiations, maximizing the "Source of Operational Revenue."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Business Development or Marketing within Facility Management or a related industry.
Tech Mastery: Proven experience in marketing/selling SaaS, mobile apps, or digital solutions is mandatory.
