Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Van Sales Representative to anchor the distribution engine of our operations in Delta (Asaba) and Imo (Owerri). In the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) landscape, success is defined by "Mobile Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume product movement with the clinical precision required for Pricing Compliance, Cash Reconciliation, and Zero-Credit Enforcement. This role is designed for a "Distribution Architect" with 1–3 years of sales experience who can blend "Physical Grit" (navigating market terrains) with the "Analytical Agility" required to maintain 100% Product Availability across all assigned outlets.
Requirements:
1. Revenue Orchestration & Territory Governance
Sales Sovereignty: Achieve daily and monthly sales targets across all assigned outlets with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Growth."
Distribution Architecture: Drive the visibility and availability of all products within the market, providing the "Structural Foundation" for brand dominance.
Pricing Stewardship: Guarantee proper in-market execution and strict pricing compliance, ensuring the "Source of Brand Value" remains consistent.
2. Fiscal Resilience & Reconciliation Logic
Cash Sovereignty: Execute daily reconciliation of sales, cash, and stock with a strict Zero-Credit Policy, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Integrity."
Stock Architecture: Operate within approved stock allocation limits to prevent wastage, providing the "Source of Inventory Optimization."
Debt Stewardship: Maintain a "Zero-Debt" status across all accounts, ensuring the "Source of Liquidity" is protected.
3. Relationship Integrity & Reporting Power
Distributor Sovereignty: Cultivate and maintain elite relationships with Key Distributors and retailers, acting as the primary "Source of Field Issue Resolution."
Reporting Architecture: Ensure high-fidelity documentation and timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly sales dossiers, providing the "Source of Management Visibility."
Terrain Logic: Utilize deep knowledge of the Asaba or Owerri market terrains to optimize routes, utilizing 1–3 years of FMCG expertise to maximize the "Source of Operational Efficiency."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales (FMCG experience is a strategic advantage).
Technical Mastery: Valid driver’s license and proven driving experience with a technologically inclined approach to reporting.
