Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team in a remote capacity. You will be at the heart of our engineering efforts, designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade internal system integrations. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer who thrives on solving complex problems in distributed systems and is passionate about writing clean, high-performance, and scalable code.

Requirements:

• Core Development: Design and implement new features, while improving existing functionality to meet evolving business requirements.

• System Integration: Develop and support robust internal integration solutions, ensuring seamless communication between enterprise systems.

• Lifecycle Ownership: Participate in the full software delivery lifecycle, from initial analysis and sprint planning to deployment and ongoing production support.

• Quality Assurance: Lead the implementation of comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability and performance.

• Incident Management: Investigate production incidents with a logical approach, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

• Team Contribution: Provide accurate work estimates, mentor junior engineers, and champion coding best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using Java.

• Framework Mastery: 5+ years of dedicated experience with Spring / Spring Boot.

• Technical Depth: * Deep understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.

  • Expertise in distributed systems design, concurrent/multithreaded programming, and distributed transactions.

  • Thorough knowledge of Spring Core, Spring MVC, REST, XML/SOAP, and Hibernate.

  • Messaging systems experience (e.g., Kafka, Tibco, JMS, or MQ).

• Tools & Environment: Familiarity with Jenkins (CI/CD processes), GIT/SVN, and Java web servers.

• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal English for collaboration with international clients and teammates. Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
