Job Description:
- Monitor charts and alerts of infrastructure.
- Run tests on all environments hourly to ensure all works fine.
- Report to Head of NOC about issues being faced, with follow-ups for resolution.
- Send email notifications about downtime to affected parties.
- Fill out escalation sheet/matrix.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0 - 2 years' relevant experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
- Foundational understanding of computer hardware, networking concepts, and troubleshooting.
- Relevant certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, N+) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Salary
