Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
• The successful candidate will ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support business growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, enterprise systems, and user support.
• Lead IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
• Ensure the security, availability, and performance of IT systems and data.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage IT budgets, technology investments, and vendor relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team while promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A master's degree is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing IT projects, budgets, vendors, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
