Job Description:

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for interior and furniture projects.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, finishes, and visual presentations to communicate design intent.
• Supervise and ensure accurate implementation of designs throughout project execution.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget requirements.
• Present design proposals and revisions professionally, maintaining strong client relationships and trust.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address design-related issues promptly.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and interns, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Ensure all design work aligns with Five28’s creative vision and brand standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
• Recommend improvements and innovative ideas to enhance Five28’s design approach and offerings.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
