We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are currently seeking a highly competent Lead Architect / Project Coordinator to take full technical and project leadership responsibility for our operations.

Role Overview

• This role is not a junior or assistant role. You will act as the technical head of projects, responsible for translating client briefs into buildable designs, coordinating execution, supervising workmanship, and representing BuildFast in proposals and presentations.
• You will be trusted to manage projects end-to-end and ensure that every BuildFast project meets our standards of honesty, quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D concepts and client presentations
• Write professional project proposals and scope of work
• Interface directly with clients and consultants
• Supervise construction sites and finishing works
• Coordinate artisans, vendors and subcontractors
• Ensure quality control, timelines and material standards
• Represent BuildFast in meetings, inspections and presentations
• Support business development with technical documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in residential construction and finishing
• Strong knowledge of Abuja building practices and approval processes
• Ability to supervise real construction, not just design
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape or similar tools
• Professional, disciplined and integrity-driven
