Job Description:

• Production of Concept/Schematic design
• Production of detailed and construction drawing
• Use of Microsoft office for documentation such as minutes, work schedules/plan, presentation etc.
• Carry out site visit and document site visit report
• Assist with site supervision
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree in Architecture (minimum 2:2).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino.
• Strong skills in visualization & rendering using Lumion, D5 Render, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with AI, digital twins, VR/AR, and immersive visualization tools.
• Excellent design presentation skills.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes & regulations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and technical expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation.
• Must reside within Abuja, Nigeria.
