Job Description:
- Strategic HR & Talent Management:
- Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Advise managers on HR best practices and organizational development initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support recruitment for oil & gas-specific roles, ensuring candidates meet technical and industry requirements.
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related issues.
- Proactively manage and resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive work culture by addressing concerns, providing coaching, and mediating disputes.
- HR Administration & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, contracts, and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, company policies, and industry-specific regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
- Performance Management & Training:
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and talent development programs.
- Assist managers in identifying training needs and developing career development plans for technical and non-technical staff.
- HR Projects & Initiatives:
- Contribute to HR projects, including policy development, HRIS implementation, and HR process improvements.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and HR knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 – 8 years of HR experience, preferably within the oil & gas or engineering sector.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and conflict resolution.
Salary
