Job Description:

A-Star and Beifa Africa is seeking vibrant, results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team at the Trade Fair branch. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to grow with a leading stationery brand, and capable of turning potential leads into loyal clients. If you have a persuasive personality and a commitment to hitting sales targets, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

• Sales Execution: Actively persuade potential clients to choose our products, effectively close deals, and consistently hit your daily sales targets.

• Transaction Management: Process customer payments accurately, issue professional invoices, and maintain precise records of all daily transactions.

• Relationship Building: Proactively build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.

• Market Presence: Act as the face of the brand at our Trade Fair location, ensuring our stationery products are well-represented and marketed to all visitors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of SSCE / O’Level qualification. (NCE, OND, or Professional Certifications are also welcome).

• Experience: 1–10 years. Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role is highly preferred.

• Core Competencies:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

  • Drive: A proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Natural ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with diverse customer profiles.
