Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Stationery Sales Agent to expand our distribution footprint across key territories. In this field-based role, you will be the face of our brand, tasked with driving volume through supermarkets, factories, and retail channels. If you are a sales professional with a proven ability to open new doors, build long-term relationships, and exceed ambitious targets, we invite you to help us dominate the stationery market.

Requirements:

  • Market Expansion: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.

  • Sales Execution: Promote and sell our comprehensive range of stationery products, ensuring high market penetration in factories and supermarkets.

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting partnerships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.

  • Performance Tracking: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets while providing insightful market feedback to the management team.

  • Visibility & Presence: Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and stay informed on industry trends to refine our sales strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven track record in field sales, with specific experience in the stationery industry strongly preferred.

  • Strategic Expertise: Practical understanding of sales strategies tailored for the modern market (Factories and Supermarkets).

  • Core Competencies:
