Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Representative to drive our property portfolio growth in the Lekki real estate market. In this role, you will be the bridge between premium property listings and high-intent buyers, responsible for the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to the final handshake.
The ideal candidate is a "Networker" who thrives in the field. You don't just show houses; you sell lifestyles, investment security, and long-term value. If you have 1–2 years of experience navigating the nuances of the Lagos property market and a proven track record of hitting sales targets, we want you to grow with us.
Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Market Engagement
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals and corporate prospects through networking, social selling, and referrals.
Site Inspection Excellence: Lead professional site visits, acting as a consultant to explain structural features, neighborhood ROI, and flexible payment structures.
Referral Architecture: Build a robust database of clients to encourage repeat business and word-of-mouth growth within the Lekki corridor.
2. Negotiation & Transaction Management
The Art of the Close: Masterfully negotiate pricing and payment terms to reach win-win agreements between the company and the buyer.
Closing Operations: Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure the seamless transfer of property titles and the completion of sales documentation.
Payment Plan Consulting: Educate clients on various financing options and payment plans, simplifying the path to homeownership.
3. Performance & Relationship Management
Client Retention: Maintain a proactive follow-up system to ensure post-sale satisfaction and build long-term brand loyalty.
Data-Driven Reporting: Keep meticulous records of all sales activities and leads in our CRM, providing management with weekly performance insights.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Lekki property trends, land titles (C of O, Governors Consent), and competitive pricing to remain a sharp advisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a high-ticket sales environment.
Local Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Lekki/Ajah real estate market, including landmarks, price points, and property types.
Core Competencies
Negotiation IQ: Strong ability to influence and persuade sophisticated buyers.
Self-Drive: Highly target-driven with the discipline to work independently and manage a mobile schedule.
Communication: Exceptional verbal skills; able to present complex property details with clarity and confidence.
