Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Sales Representative to join our elite real estate team. Located at the strategic gateway of Berger, Lagos, this role is for a closer—someone who can identify a lead, nurture a relationship, and finalize a property acquisition with professionalism and speed.
In the competitive Lagos real estate landscape, you won't just be selling land or buildings; you will be selling security, investment value, and dreams. Your mission is to actively hunt for new leads, provide expert advisory to potential investors, and consistently hit aggressive sales targets. If you have 1–4 years of experience in a performance-driven environment and a hunger for high-commission growth, this is your opportunity.
Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Market Activation: Proactively market residential and commercial properties through networking, digital platforms, and physical inspections.
Lead Cultivation: Generate high-quality leads and maintain a rigorous follow-up system to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Database Management: Keep an organized record of client interactions and potential opportunities to ensure no deal falls through the cracks.
2. Negotiation & Advisory Excellence
Needs Assessment: Consult with clients to deeply understand their investment goals and recommend the most suitable property options from our portfolio.
The Art of the Close: Deploy strong negotiation skills to handle objections and finalize sale agreements that benefit both the client and the company.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on property trends, titles, and neighborhood developments around Berger and the greater Lagos/Ogun axis.
3. Relationship Stewardship
Trust Building: Establish long-term relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for their future real estate needs.
Professional Representation: Represent the brand with integrity at property fairs, site inspections, and corporate networking events.
Post-Sale Support: Coordinate with the legal and operations teams to ensure a smooth documentation process for the client after a sale is closed.
