Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Sales Development Representative (SDR) to anchor the outbound engine of Flutterwave’s Enterprise Sales team. In the specialized landscape of global payments and financial infrastructure, success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex prospect needs with the clinical precision required for Lead Qualification, Relationship Nurturing, and Pipeline Synchronization. This role is designed for a "Prospect Architect" with 4+ years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (hunting for enterprise leads and solicitating new customers) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage FX trading administration and cross-selling for a curated client portfolio.

Requirements:

1. Prospect Orchestration & Pipeline Governance

  • Engagement Sovereignty: Act as the first line of communication for enterprise prospects with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Authority."

  • Funnel Architecture: Qualify interests and viability to move solid leads through the funnel, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sales closers to achieve success.

  • Nurturing Stewardship: Build and maintain high-fidelity relationships with potential customers, ensuring the "Source of Sales Viability" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & FinTech Logic

  • Strategy Sovereignty: Develop sales strategies to draw in potential buyers and refine the lead-generation playbook, acting as the primary "Source of Process Evolution."

  • Portfolio Architecture: Support administrative functions and FX trading for existing enterprise clients, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for cross-selling opportunities.

  • Compliance Stewardship: Protect personal information in line with global data privacy laws and best practices, maintaining the "Source of Institutional Trust."

3. Growth Integrity & Performance Power

  • Intelligence Sovereignty: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments, acting as the primary "Source of Market Agility."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
