Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales Representative to anchor the revenue engine of our Ikeja retail operations. In a specialized commercial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the transaction and the precision of the customer experience success is defined by "Sales Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize diverse product lines ranging from Clothing and Jewelry to Cosmetics with the clinical precision required for Excellent Customer Service and Consistent Lead Generation. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" who can blend "Relational Grit" (building immediate rapport with diverse clientele) with the "Operational Agility" required to manage inventory presentation and hit sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Promotion Governance
Promotion Sovereignty: Actively promote and sell a wide range of products (Clothing, Jewelry, Cosmetics) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Product Movement."
Service Architecture: Provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term brand loyalty.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain an elite level of product knowledge across all categories, ensuring the "Source of Sales Advice" is accurate and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Engagement Logic
Conversion Sovereignty: Identify and capture sales opportunities within the retail environment, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Generation."
Display Architecture: Ensure products are presented in an appealing and strategic manner, providing the "Functional Foundation" for visual merchandising and impulse buys.
Resolution Stewardship: Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professional poise, maintaining the "Source of Service Excellence."
3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power
Trend Sovereignty: Stay updated on fashion, jewelry, and cosmetic trends in the Lagos market, acting as the primary "Source of Style Intelligence."
Pipeline Architecture: Generate leads and repeat business through proactive engagement, providing the "Relational Foundation" for sustained store performance.
Velocity Logic: Utilize expert sales techniques to accelerate the "Browsing-to-Checkout" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Sales Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role (Experience in fashion or beauty is a plus).
Location: Must be able to work full-time in Ikeja, Lagos.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Versatility: Ability to effectively sell diverse products ranging from apparel to high-end jewelry and beauty items.
