Job Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Manager based in Lagos.
- The Sales Operations Manager will oversee and optimize sales processes, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
- The role also entails reporting outcomes, streamlining operations, and supporting the alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes and workflows.
- Develop sales policies, procedures, best practices, and maintain sales playbooks/SOPs.
- Establish sales targets, quotas, and metrics while identifying and solving pipeline bottlenecks.
- Manage CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and a fully optimized tech stack.
- Generate regular sales reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Train team members on sales systems and tools to ensure peak efficiency.
- Track and analyze KPIs, conversion rates, and sales trends.
- Provide data-driven insights and growth recommendations to the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving process improvements.
- Proficiency with sales operations software and tools is a plus.
- Experience in the real estate industry is desirable but not mandatory.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated expertise in operations management and the ability to streamline processes effectively.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
