Job Description:
- The Client Relationship & Sales Manager will manage relationships with existing and prospective investors, with primary focus on converting opportunities into closed deals.
- This role will work through qualified leads, building trust and guiding clients through the investment process
- Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, achieving sales targets, providing clients with relevant property information, and handling negotiations to ensure successful agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio of existing clients and prospective investors
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Serve as primary contact for clients and prospects.
- Convert qualified leads from existing pipeline into closed sales
- Conduct client meetings and property inspections.
- Guide clients through entire sales process to closing
- Negotiate terms and close investment deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track sales pipeline and provide progress updates
- Ensure no qualified lead falls through cracks.
Requirements:
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
- Understanding of real estate investment and rental income models.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years sales experience preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets.
