Job Description:

  • We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and tenant experience across our residential properties.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations, prompt issue resolution, high occupancy, and excellent service delivery to residents and guests.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, secure, and fully operational at all times.
  • Supervise on-site staff such as housekeepers, security, technicians, and valet attendants.
  • Handle tenant and guest enquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure standards are maintained.
  • Monitor occupancy levels and support leasing or booking activities where required.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes for residents or shortlet guests.
  • Keep accurate records of property activities, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare basic operational reports for management.
  • Support the facility and operations team with related assignments.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate teams effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance, safety, and facility operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or basic property management tools.
  • Must be professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2 - 5 years experience in property management, facility management, or hospitality operations.
