Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and industrially elite Sales Manager to anchor the revenue engine of Bluetti’s renewable energy portfolio. In the specialized landscape of solar technology where market dominance is won through the strength of technical trust and distribution depth success is defined by "Renewable Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-level sales strategies with the clinical precision required for Team Mentorship, Distributor Relations, and Large-Scale Deal Negotiation. This role is designed for a "Market Architect" with at least 8 years of sales experience including a mandatory 5 years in a leadership role within the solar sector who can blend "Sector Grit" (managing trade shows and competitor tracking) with the "Strategic Agility" required to expand Bluetti’s presence across multiple states.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Team Governance

  • Leadership Sovereignty: Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Performance Excellence."

  • Training Architecture: Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to the team, providing the "Structural Foundation" for technical and sales skill development.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure the team follows up on all leads and closes deals efficiently, ensuring the "Source of Professional Integrity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Distribution Logic

  • Relationship Sovereignty: Build and maintain deep alliances with key clients, distributors, and partners, acting as the primary "Source of Market Stability."

  • Negotiation Architecture: Lead high-stakes negotiations to secure large-scale deals, providing the "Functional Foundation" for institutional revenue growth.

  • Visibility Stewardship: Oversee promotional campaigns, trade shows, and marketing initiatives, maintaining the "Source of Brand Authority."

3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power

  • Strategy Sovereignty: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow Bluetti’s presence, acting as the primary "Source of Regional Expansion."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in sales.

  • Mandatory Requirement: At least 5 years of management experience specifically within the Renewable/Solar Energy Sector.

  • Domain Power: Deep familiarity with CRM software and Sales Analytics tools.
