Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager to lead our institutional and project-based sales division. This is a strategic role for a results-driven professional who understands the complexities of the B2B/institutional landscape. You will be responsible for identifying large-scale opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, and leading a team to exceed aggressive revenue targets. If you possess strong commercial acumen and a talent for building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the corporate, government, and healthcare sectors, we want you on our team.
Requirements:
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies that drive revenue growth specifically within institutional sectors (Corporate, Government, Education, Healthcare).
Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new business, managing the entire sales pipeline from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and final contract closure.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with C-suite executives, procurement heads, and decision-makers. You are the face of the organization for all key project stakeholders.
Sales Execution: Prepare and deliver high-stakes presentations, technical proposals, and complex project quotations that highlight our unique value proposition.
Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals. You will set performance standards and support your team in achieving their individual and collective monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct thorough market analysis, track competitor activity, and provide management with accurate sales forecasts, performance updates, and actionable business intelligence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal technical and operational teams to ensure that what we promise in the boardroom is successfully delivered on the project site.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in institutional sales, project sales, or business development.
Track Record: Documented success in meeting and exceeding complex sales targets.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office and CRM tools for pipeline management.
Key Competencies:
Negotiation: Exceptional ability to handle high-value negotiations and navigate complex procurement processes.
Business Acumen: Strong ability to analyze market trends and align our offerings with client needs.
Leadership: Proven capacity to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
