Job Description:
We are a leading Tech Solutions firm seeking an ambitious, results-driven ERP Sales Executive to spearhead our market expansion. In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and organizations looking to streamline their business processes. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and needs assessment to high-stakes demonstrations and final deal closure.
Requirements:
Business Development: Actively identify, qualify, and convert new business leads within target industries. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through a mix of cold outreach, networking, and strategic partner channels.
Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive client needs assessments to understand operational pain points. Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations and proposals that showcase the ROI of our ERP solutions.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process and fostering loyalty for repeat business.
Operational Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our technical and implementation teams to ensure that what you sell is effectively and seamlessly delivered, ensuring high client satisfaction from day one.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activities to adjust your sales approach and uncover untapped opportunities.
Reporting: Track and summarize sales data, providing management with accurate forecasts and actionable insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience specifically in ERP software sales or enterprise-grade technology solutions.
Technical Literacy: A deep, functional understanding of how ERP systems integrate into and improve business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).
Sales Competencies:
Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
Superior negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
Attributes: Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of operating both independently and as part of a high-performance team. Proficiency in CRM software is strongly preferred.
