Job Description:
- The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client accounts, and expanding the company’s market presence for industrial and automotive lubricant products.
- The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors, and ensuring consistent product availability across industrial clients, auto shops, fleet companies, mechanical garages, and lubricant dealers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote industrial and automotive lubricant products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across factories, manufacturing plants, workshops, transport/logistics companies, and automotive dealerships.
- Manage client inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product introductions.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, auto-part sellers, and lubricant resellers.
- Ensure adequate product availability in assigned territories and maintain proper merchandising standards.
- Support promotional campaigns, trade marketing activities, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Educate dealers, mechanics, riders, and customers on the features, benefits, and technical specifications of Korect lubricants.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and submit timely reports.
- Organize and deliver training sessions for Lube Customer Service Attendants.
- Drive secondary sales and ensure structured distribution networks across assigned regions.
- Create awareness of product availability among existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product and service recommendations.
- Supervise distributors and wholesalers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular customer visits and train dealers and end-users on safe handling and proper use of lubricant products
Requirements:
- Graduate in Chemical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lubricant sales.
- Experience in Industrial or Automotive Lubricants (Aftermarket or B2B).
- Must currently have direct engagement with lubricant stockists, wholesalers, and retailers.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of lubricant products and their industrial/automotive applications.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product specifications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good market research and competitor analysis abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Salary
N250,000 – N600,000 per month (negotiable for the right candidate)Application Closing Date: 11th December, 2025
