Job Description:
- The Territory Sales Supervisor drives growth and expands Itel Energy’s distribution network within an assigned region (Ekiti, Osun, Kwara).
- You will lead a field team, optimize channel partnerships, and execute market strategies to consistently hit sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Achieve revenue targets by monitoring daily performance and implementing localized growth strategies.
- Channel Management: Manage distributor relationships, onboard new partners, and ensure optimal stock levels and visibility.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and set KPIs for Channel Specialists to maximize field productivity.
- Market Expansion: Identify underserved areas, track competitor trends, and scale retail penetration.
- Brand Activation: Oversee merchandising, POS deployment, and regional marketing activations.
- Reporting: Analyze sell-in/sell-out data and provide actionable territory insights.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years in sales (Solar, Electronics, FMCG, or Telecom), with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Proven leadership, negotiation, and deep knowledge of regional distributor networks.
- Travel: High mobility within the assigned territory.
