Job Description:
- Our client seek to hire a smart, confident, and result-drivenSales Executive/Investment Advisor to join the team.
- The ideal candidate must be someone who can attract prospects, follow up consistently, book inspections, present properties professionally, and close sales.
- This role is for someone who is energetic, persuasive, disciplined, and hungry for results.
- We are not just looking for someone who can talk. We are looking for someone who can produce measurable sales activity and contribute to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through online and offline marketing
- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team
- Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
- Implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enquiries, methods and results.
- Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations & processes.
- Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.
- Proposing & implementing sales promotion activities for the project.
- Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.
- Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Sales & Customer Service Management
- Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques/schemes
- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
- Attend to inquiries from prospects and clients professionally
- Follow up on leads consistently until they are converted
- Book and coordinate physical and virtual property inspections
- Present company properties clearly and persuasively to prospects
- Build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good confidence level and ability to engage prospects professionally
- Ability to follow up consistently and close deals
- Social media marketing knowledge is an added advantage
- Must be proactive, disciplined, and target-driven.
