We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales Executive to anchor the revenue engine of Elan Orris Real Estate in Lagos. In a specialized property landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the follow-up and the precision of the pitch success is defined by "Client Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize proactive lead generation with the clinical precision required for Property Presentations, Site Inspections, and Long-Term Relationship Management. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" specifically an ambitious professional with a background in Marketing or Estate Management who can blend "Commercial Grit" (thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment) with the "Digital Agility" required to navigate Social Media and Modern CRM Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Lead Governance
Sovereignty of the Lead: Generate and qualify new sales leads with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Potential."
Presentation Architecture: Conduct high-impact property presentations and site inspections, providing the "Structural Foundation" for client trust and dream-property matching.
Integrity Stewardship: Provide exceptional customer service before and after closing deals, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Relational Logic
Relationship Sovereignty: Build and maintain high-fidelity connections with prospective and existing clients, acting as the primary "Source of Referral Momentum."
Strategy Architecture: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted sales strategies, providing the "Functional Foundation" for brand visibility.
Velocity Stewardship: Follow up on sales inquiries with professional speed, maintaining the "Source of Conversion Efficiency."
3. Operational Integrity & Growth Power
Target Sovereignty: Meet and exceed established monthly sales targets, acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Growth."
Digital Architecture: Utilize social media and tech-savvy tools to enhance client outreach, providing the "Relational Foundation" for modern market engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in Sales or Marketing (Real Estate experience is a distinct advantage).
Technical Power: Must be Tech-Savvy and aware of social media sales dynamics.
Communication: Elite negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
