Job Description:
- You will be responsible for shaping and leading sales efforts for Capacity Cloud while also driving revenue for MicroAgent as a product offering.
- This is not a junior or execution-only role, you are expected to bring prior experience, structure the sales approach, and guide supporting sales associates.
- This role blends B2B and B2C SaaS sales execution with content-led demand generation.
- You will work closely with the founders, product, and marketing to refine messaging, validate ICPs, and accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Well spoken; The target market are founders/Owners and Product Owners in Canada, Europe and the United States.
- Set the overall sales direction and go-to-market strategy for Capacity Cloud
- Define target customer profiles, positioning, and pricing conversations
- Own the sales process from lead qualification through proposal and negotiation
- Establish repeatable sales workflows and pipeline structure
- Guide and support junior sales associates in execution
- Work closely with leadership to align sales activity with business goals
- Lead early customer conversations and validate service-market fit
- Progress deals independently, with leadership support on closing larger opportunities.

Salary
