Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client relationship management.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
- Provide support during product implementation to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption.
- Deliver engaging customer training sessions, ensuring clients are confident and competent in using the products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position offerings.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the timely delivery of solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a Science-related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting roles, preferably in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to support product implementation and customer training.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
