Job Description:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client relationship management.
  2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
  3. Provide support during product implementation to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption.
  4. Deliver engaging customer training sessions, ensuring clients are confident and competent in using the products.
  5. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  6. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position offerings.
  7. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the timely delivery of solutions.
  8. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a Science-related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting roles, preferably in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle solutions.
  3. Demonstrated ability to support product implementation and customer training.
  4. Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  8. CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
