Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales Associate to anchor the revenue engine of our Lagos operations. In a specialized health and wellness landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the transaction and the precision of the inventory success is defined by "Revenue Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize front-end retail excellence with the clinical precision required for Wholesale Coordination, Inventory Management, and ERP Utilization. This role is designed for a "Sales Architect", specifically a professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who can blend "Service Grit" (consulting on OTC medications and health products) with the "Technical Agility" required to manage Zoho/Odoo ERP systems and FEFO-based inventory protocols.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Consulting Governance

  • Sovereignty of Service: Greet and consult customers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Hospitality."

  • Solution Architecture: Recommend OTC medications and wellness products effectively, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a professional and health-conscious shopping experience.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain 100% adherence to opening/closing times and shift handover protocols, ensuring the "Source of Operational Discipline" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Wholesale Logic

  • B2B Sovereignty: Support SAFCO MEGA Solutions by processing wholesale orders and verifying stock, acting as the primary "Source of Wholesale Efficiency."

  • Logistics Architecture: Communicate delivery timelines and stock availability to B2B clients, providing the "Functional Foundation" for sustained distribution partnerships.

  • Merchandising Stewardship: Organize and label display shelves to maximize visual appeal, maintaining the "Source of Store Presentation."

3. Operational Integrity & Inventory Power

  • Stock Sovereignty: Execute FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) placement and conduct daily physical counts, acting as the primary "Source of Inventory Integrity."

  • Digital Architecture: Process transactions via the ERP (Zoho/Odoo) and generate digital receipts, providing the "Relational Foundation" for accurate record-keeping.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–2 years of Pharmacy/FMCG expertise to accelerate the "Greeting-to-Reconciliation" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Branch Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline (Science or Marketing background preferred).

  • Experience: 1 – 2 years in retail sales (Pharmacy or FMCG environment is a distinct advantage).

  • Technical Power: Proficiency in POS software, Zoho/Odoo ERP, and basic Microsoft Excel.

  • Salary Range: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000 / month.
