Job Description:
- Professional advice andsales of new and used cars as well as interstate transport salesto optimally meet the individual needs of our customers.
- Active implementation of sales-supportingmarketing measuresand campaigns to increase vehicle and transport sales.
- Efficient design of allsales processesand customer management activities with a high degree of service orientation.
- Consistent and creativecustomer acquisitionand retention through the use of various sales channels and networks.
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with ourexisting customer basethrough regular contact and individual support.
- Designing thevehicle handoveras an unforgettable customer experience to inspire customers in a lasting way.
- Creating video updates for customers and insurance during key transport milestones. Produce short, professional vehicle handover videos and assist with content for customer-facing platforms.
- Oversee office staff and manage daily operational activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Extensive knowledge of cars.
- First experiences in vehicle sales, customer support or banking.
- Good knowledge of commonIT systems, AI, CRM and MS Office.
- Accurate work,diligence, and a sense of responsibility with high intrinsic motivation.
- Valid driving licencerequired for test drives and vehicle transfers.
- Residence on Lagos Island (VI, Lekki, Ajah, Awoyaya e.t.c).
Salary
