Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing Outlet Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our facility. You will be the primary custodian of the outlet's performance, responsible for supervising a diverse team to ensure seamless service that aligns with our corporate objectives. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance high-quality food service with cost-effective operational planning. Your mission is to drive sales, enforce strict policy compliance, and maintain an environment that consistently exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements:

1. Operational Leadership & Strategy

  • Daily Oversight: Manage all outlet functions to ensure peak efficiency, from opening procedures to closing reconciliations.

  • Workload Planning: Plan and assign daily tasks to outlet associates, ensuring all stations are adequately staffed and productive.

  • Strategic Execution: Establish and enforce operational strategies that meet our rigorous quality and customer service standards.

2. Sales Growth & Marketing

  • Profitability: Develop and implement localized marketing strategies and special events to increase footfall and drive revenue.

  • Customer Insights: Proactively obtain customer feedback and implement operational changes to improve the dining experience.

  • Service Excellence: Act as the final point of escalation for customer queries, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

3. Financial & Facility Management

  • Cost Control: Develop cost-effective operational plans to achieve outlet goals without compromising on quality.

  • Fiscal Responsibility: Oversee cash handling activities and prepare accurate expense and revenue reports for management review.

  • Safety & Hygiene: Maintain the facility to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, ensuring compliance with all health regulations.

4. Team Development & Communication

  • Training: Schedule and lead orientations and job-specific training for all new and existing outlet associates.

  • Team Synergy: Organize regular staff meetings to discuss operational updates, resolve issues, and align the team with company goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Degree: First Degree in Food Science & Technology, Catering, or a related field.

  • Tenure: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in a professional food services organization.

  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of food products, services, and the logistics of perishables management.

Core Competencies

  • Managerial Prowess: A proven track record of delivering on sales targets and operational efficiencies.

  • Business Acumen: Sound knowledge of business operations, logistics, and financial reporting.

  • Communication: Superior oral and written fluency in English; able to lead meetings and draft professional reports.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and resolve problems in a timely, accurate manner.
