Job Description:

• Develop new pineapple-based products
• Improve concentrate yield and nutrient retention
• Lead innovation and waste-to-wealth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Chemical Engineering
• Experience in product formulation and process optimization
• Strong background in factory-based R&D and pilot testing
• Knowledge of new product development (NPD).
