Wangaraufoods is a fast-growing Nigerian food processing and export company producing African food items, firewood-roasted products, proudly Nigerian snacks and grocery staples for local and international markets.

We are recruiting disciplined and hardworking Factory Workers to support our food processing and packaging operations.

Job Description:

1. Raw Material Preparation (Sorting Room)

• Manual Cleaning: Sort and manually clean raw food items to remove stones, dirt, and spoiled materials (Note: No washing involved).

• Shift Performance: Work effectively within a two-shift system (Day or Night) to ensure a continuous flow of raw materials for production.

2. Processing & Roasting (Production Units)

• Firewood House: Support the traditional firewood-roasting process for our signature food products.

• Cold Room Operations: Safely handle and move items within the cold storage area while maintaining safety protocols.

• Material Movement: Physically move items between different production rooms as required by the workflow.

3. Packaging & Quality Control

• Finished Goods: Precisely weigh, seal, and label packaged goods for local and international markets.

• Hygiene & Sanitation: Clean work areas, tools, and equipment daily to comply with food safety regulations.

• Supervision: Follow instructions from factory supervisors to ensure quality and productivity targets are met.

Requirements:

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of standing for long hours and performing manual labor.

• Discipline: Punctual, hardworking, and able to follow strict hygiene and safety instructions.

• Environment: Comfortable working with firewood roasting, drying, and manual cleaning in a factory setting.

• Location: Lives around Lagos Mainland (Yaba, Mushin, Oshodi, Surulere, Apapa, Ikorodu Road axis) or is willing to relocate.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: No formal education required.

• Experience: Prior experience in a factory or food handling environment is an advantage.
