We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are seeking for a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving business growth through effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide expert financial advice and tailored solutions to meet clients’ goals and needs.
- Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to assess needs, address concerns, and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions and services.
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and financial plans to clients and senior management.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, client services, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
