Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee and manage multiple outlets, ensure operational excellence, and drive sales performance across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple outlets within the assigned region.
• Ensure all outlets comply with company operational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Supervise, coach, and support Outlet managers to ensure effective team management and productivity.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Ensure excellent customer service delivery and resolve escalated customer complaints promptly.
• Monitor inventory management, stock control, and wastage reduction across outlets.
• Prepare and submit operational reports, including sales, staffing, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements across all outlets.

Requirements:

• HND/BSc in Business Administration or related fields
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets (QSR or retail preferred)
• Strong leadership, people management, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
