Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven leader to oversee revenue growth across multiple business lines, drive strategic partnerships, lead market expansion initiatives, and build high-performing commercial teams focused on delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead weekly commercial review meetings across all revenue teams to assess pipeline performance, conversions, blockers, and growth opportunities
- Own and manage strategic enterprise accounts and high-value business opportunities
- Set and monitor quarterly OKRs and performance targets for commercial team leads
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align campaigns with pipeline and conversion goals
- Develop and optimize cross-sell and revenue expansion strategies across business lines
- Lead pricing decisions, commercial escalations, and partnership negotiations
- Review and approve non-standard deals, discounts, and commercial agreements
- Represent the company in strategic partnerships, investor discussions, and key business engagements
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop high-performing commercial talent
- Drive accountability, execution, and revenue performance across commercial teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in commercial, sales, or growth roles with proven revenue ownership
- Strong experience leading B2B and/or B2C commercial teams
- Proven track record of closing enterprise or high-value deals
- Experience driving revenue growth in Tech, SaaS, HRTech, TalentTech, or EdTech environments
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Experience managing pipelines, targets, and commercial performance metrics.
