Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our consulting team in Ikeja. In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our diverse client base and top-tier talent. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding ensuring that every placement perfectly aligns with our clients' business needs. Requirements:

• End-to-End Hiring: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from receiving client briefs to coordinating the final interview process.

• Sourcing & Networking: Utilize social media, professional groups, and your personal network to build a robust pipeline of high-quality talent.

• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive resume screenings and initial phone interviews; perform in-depth assessments for roles ranging from Junior to Executive levels.

• Client Advisory: Collaborate with clients to define qualification criteria for specific roles and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the hiring process.

• Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of candidates for frequent and high-demand roles.

• Process Improvement: Develop innovative interview techniques and assessment methods to ensure we maintain a high standard of candidate quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: First Degree in a numerate or business-related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of cognate work experience in Human Resources or Business Development. Previous experience in a Consulting environment is a significant added advantage.
