Job Description:
RP Facilities Limited is seeking a meticulous and versatile Account & HR Executive to serve as the heartbeat of our administrative and financial operations. This is a critical dual-function role that requires an expert capable of balancing the precision of financial reporting with the empathy and compliance rigor required for effective human resource management. You will be the primary point of contact for our internal team and the steward of our financial health.
Requirements:
Accounting & Financial Management:
Financial Oversight: Manage daily bookkeeping, ensuring all transactions and petty cash movements are recorded with total accuracy.
Receivables & Payables: Oversee the full invoice lifecycle—generating client bills, driving aggressive collections, and managing vendor payments.
Tax & Statutory Compliance: Ensure the business remains in good standing by preparing and filing monthly statutory returns (VAT, WHT, PAYE) in strict accordance with local laws.
Reporting: Support leadership by preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Human Resources & Administration:
Payroll Processing: Own the end-to-end payroll cycle, including accurate computation of salaries, bonuses, pensions, and statutory deductions.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment pipeline—from sourcing and screening to onboarding for both office and field-based facilities roles.
Employee Lifecycle & Relations: Manage employee files, maintain digital/physical records, and serve as the go-to person for staff regarding benefits, policies, and workplace concerns.
Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all company operations remain fully compliant with Nigerian Labor Law and evolving industrial standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience successfully managing dual accounting and HR responsibilities.
Technical Proficiency:
Accounting Software: High proficiency in platforms like QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho.
Microsoft Excel: Expert-level skills for reporting, payroll modeling, and data analysis.
