Job Description:
- We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization.
- The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries professionally, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately
- Handle emails, messages, and general inquiries
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a neat and welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting calendars
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Salary
