Job Description:
- The Front Desk Officer is the "face" of the company and the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors.
- You will be responsible for creating a professional first impression, managing office communications, and providing essential administrative support to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient office flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet and welcome guests professionally, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or person.
- Communication Hub: Manage the central switchboard, answer inquiries via phone and email, and route messages accurately and promptly.
- Office Coordination: Maintain a clean and organized reception area and monitor the flow of visitors and deliveries.
- Administrative Support: Assist with document filing, data entry, and basic reporting as needed by management.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings and executive calendars.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the visitor logbook and ensure adherence to office security protocols.
- Customer Service: Address client concerns or inquiries with a high level of empathy, professionalism, and speed.
Requirements:
- Must have good communication/ writing skills and must be computer literate.
- Must be a female.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualification: OND, HND or BSc in any discipline
Salary
