Job Description:
- Ensuring compliance with the organization’s quality management system.
- Develop and manage all welding-related documentation as required by clients and the organization’s procedures.
- Monitoring and reporting on all project activities, processes, and procedures.
- Developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal quality audits and reports.
- Determining data-driven solutions and implementing quality improvement plans.
- Performing regular inspections of projects to ensure employees adhere to quality standards.
- Assisting with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Providing projects with quality planning and support.
- Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.
- Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Preferably Female for gender balance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Degree in Engineering or any relevant course.
- 2+ years of experience working with quality management systems
- 2+ years of work experience in a steel fabrication environment
Salary
