Job Description:

CW Real Estate is seeking a sophisticated Graphics Designer to serve as the visual architect for our premium property portfolio. In the Ikoyi luxury market, we don’t just sell buildings, we sell aspirations, communities, and timeless investments. This role is designed for a "Visual Storyteller", a creative professional who can blend high-end typography with crisp architectural imagery to create marketing materials that resonate with seasoned investors and high-net-worth individuals.

Your mission is to ensure that every touchpoint from a digital ad on Instagram to a physical billboard in Ikoyi reflects the prestige of our brand. You will be responsible for the entire creative workflow: from conceptualizing property brochures and social media grids to editing high-fidelity real estate photography and coordinating with print vendors. If you possess a "Luxury-First" mindset and the technical grit to manage multiple high-stakes launches, we want you to define our visual future.

Requirements:

1. High-Value Collateral & Print Production

• Property Narratives: Design high-quality listing presentations, brochures, and flyers that translate complex property features into compelling visual stories.

• Large-Format Excellence: Create impactful signage and billboards, managing the process from initial artwork to vendor coordination and final print production.

• Brand Stewardship: Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all physical and digital platforms, ensuring CW Real Estate remains the gold standard in the industry.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Architecture

• Digital Campaigning: Execute visually stunning social media graphics, email templates, and web banners that drive lead generation and property inquiries.

• Multi-Platform Optimization: Tailor visual content to meet the specific requirements and formats of various social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

• Interactive Visuals: Support the digital team with landing page visuals and basic video edits (Reels/CapCut) for new property launches and walk-throughs.

3. Image Engineering & Collaboration

• Architectural Photo Editing: Use Adobe Photoshop to enhance property photos, ensuring every listing looks its absolute best while maintaining realistic integrity.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate directly with sales agents and the marketing team to translate sales objectives into high-performing campaign visuals.

• Trend Integration: Stay at the forefront of global real estate design trends, implementing modern layout and typography styles to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer. Previous exposure to Real Estate or Luxury Brands is a significant advantage.

• Software Toolkit: Expert-level competence in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

• Video Capability: Basic proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Davinci) is a strong plus.
